Workshops and Meetings at Our Hive:
Our Family Center is a vibrant hub of learning and connection, offering a variety of workshops and meetings designed to empower and support our school community.

• Coffee Chat with the Principal
  Enjoy informal conversations with our Principal to share feedback, ask questions, and discuss updates on school initiatives. This is a great opportunity to build a stronger partnership between families and school leadership.

• Parent Empowerment Program
  Engage in workshops focused on building skills and knowledge that help parents navigate their child’s education, foster academic success, and support personal growth at home.

• Mental Health Workshops
  Learn practical strategies and access resources to support your family's emotional and mental well-being. Topics include stress management, coping techniques, and building resilience.

• Parent Learning Walks
  Participate in guided tours of classrooms to observe teaching practices, student engagement, and innovative learning strategies in action. These walks provide valuable insights into your child’s school experience.

• Other Parenting Classes
  Take part in a wide range of classes that cover essential parenting topics, such as effective communication, positive discipline, and fostering independence in children.

• Youth Ride Free Program
  Enroll your child in this program to access free public transportation, making it easier for students to commute to school and participate in extracurricular activities.

• Computer Access for students in Our Family Center
  Students can use the computers in our Family Center to complete online tasks, access educational platforms, and stay connected to their child’s academic progress.

• Linkage to Community Resources
  Receive assistance in connecting with local organizations and services, including food banks, housing assistance, counseling, and more.

• Aeries and eKadence Parent Portal Support
  Get hands-on help in navigating our digital portals to check grades, attendance, assignments, and communicate with teachers. Our team is here to ensure you can make the most of these tools.
