Are you a student under 18 looking for a job? You’ll need a work permit first. Here’s how to get one:

  1. Print the Form: Download and print the "Intent to Employ" form. Be sure to take it with you to any job interviews.

  2. Complete the Form: After you get hired, you, your parent, and your new employer must fill out all sections of the form.

  3. Submit the Form: Email the completed document to Mr. Alcala at alcala_d@auhsd.us or bring it to him in person at CVA.

  4. Receive Your Permit: Once we process your information, we will email your official work permit directly to you or you may pick it up.

After applying for a Job and getting a job offer, you must follow the next steps: 

 

To request a work permit, please complete the required form and email it to Mr. Alcala at alcala_d@auhsd.us.

Important: When filling out the form, leave the Social Security Number field blank.

Summer Work Permits

 

During the summer, work permits must be processed through the District Office.
